Our Process
Our project management process makes sure we work together smoothly, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
Inquiry
When we receive an inquiry, we select a subject matter expert according to the business/ industry of our client.
We get back to our clients within 24-hours of receiving the inquiry.
Discovery Phase
This is the initial phase where we get to know our client, their business and needs with the solution.
This generally happens over a quick 15-minutes introductory call followed by a detailed conversation in the next phase.
Note: we are always open for NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), if a client needs it.
Requirements Gathering & Consultation
This is one of the most important phases of the whole consultation process.
We require utmost co-operation in sharing maximum details about the business and needs with the solution.
During this phase, our subject matter expert/ consultant guides and consults our client for the best possible solution to each & every point/ need shared.
This generally happens over calls or series of mail exchanges or a text chat channel like Skype/ WhatsApp; whatever is suitable to our clients.
Analysis & Documentation
This is an internal step for us, where we study the gathered data closely and come up with the end solution.
How we convey this to our client is by a document, flow chart, necessary diagrams, wireframes or even mockups (if needed).
It typically takes 2-4 days for us to deliver the documentation.
Client Confirmation on Solution
Upon delivering the documentation, we don't proceed without a green signal from our client.
And we provide as many iteration as needed on this stage, since it serves as the base of time & cost estimation and Scope of Work.
Quotation
Post a precise evaluation of the efforts required to execute & deliver the solution, we prepare a bifurcated cost & time estimation i.e. Quotation.
Since we have taken enough time & care to reach this stage; we keep the quotation directly proportional to the efforts & resources we are putting in; neither under nor over!
Formal Proposal Agreement & Sign Off
We keep it professional when it comes to agreements. We prepare a formal proposal agreement before the kick-off, which is signed by the responsible person from both sides (ours and client's).
We cover everything in this agreement starting from the Service Level Agreement, Commercials, Payment Terms, Terms & Conditions, etc.
Upfront Payment & Scope of Work
Upon signing formal proposal agreement, the next step is upfront/ advance payment for the project initiation.
Obviously, its not the whole project cost, but just a chunk of it for which our client is comfortable.
Simultaneously, we start drafting a Scope of Work which we follow during project execution. This is also confirmed by the client for smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales i.e .execution.
Client Onboarding
This is a transition phase into execution of the project. We arrange a joint call with our consultant, client, and project manager.
This ensures that everyone is on the same page about the expectations and scope of work.
Planning & Modelling
This is a pre-execution stage, where our team of analyst and project manager work on the execution plan along with the project modelling.
This stage includes mock-up designing, project timeline checklist, database creation, and some of the internal technical steps, which ensures a smooth & flawless execution of the project.
Design
This is the first step of project execution, where we design the solution as per the client's design preferences.
This is a stage where good level of cooperation is required from the client, since we create a couple of designs, and send it to the client for approval. Once we receive green signal on the layout, color, font, flow, etc.; we design rest of the project.
This is a mandatory and crucial stage before moving into development of the project. This covers all graphics and UI/UX designing.
Development
Here, the main coding happens. We implement the code on the approved designs from the previous stage.
The design & development is carried out based on mutually confirmed SOW.
This requires minimum involvement from the client apart from receiving & acknowledging the updates shared.
QA/ Testing
We keep on testing each & every module created (Unit Testing), but once the solution is ready, an extensive QA/ Testing happens by our QA experts.
The project is not delivered before it is approved by our QAs since we don't keep any loose ends.
UAT & Deployment
UAT - User Acceptance Testing
Upon QA/Testing from our end, we invite our client to test the project the way they want. This also ensures that we all are on the same page and the client is also trained for using the solution we have created.
As soon as the client approves, we deploy the solution on client's server and respective store(s). Basically, the whole code is also shared with the client.
Support & Maintenance
We don't leave our clients after the deployment, as there is a support period where we are liable for any glitch happening our of what we have delivered.
Even after the support period is over, we are always happy to serve our client for any issue they face.
Client Relationship
Our clients don't have the liberty to cut the chase continue behind them. Even after the support period is over, we regularly check with our clients for any sort of help we can provide to them.
